Bakery Products

  • As our bakery items are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once they have been delivered or collected.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and, if possible, photos.

Catering & Event Services

  • Deposits made for catering or bar hire services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing within the timeframe stated at booking; late cancellations may be subject to charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

General Conditions

  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the claim is outside the terms stated above.
