All bakery orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.
Full payment or deposit (where applicable) must be made at the time of order or booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed orders will not be affected.
2. Catering & Event Services
Event bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received.
Final numbers and requirements must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
Any cancellations may be subject to charges depending on the notice period given.
3. Delivery & Collection
Delivery options and charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Collection times must be agreed in advance.
4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While we take care in preparing our products, all items are made in a kitchen that handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy.
Customers must inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies before placing an order.
5. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Customers are responsible for safe storage and handling of bakery products once received.
