Bakery Products

As our bakery items are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once they have been delivered or collected.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and, if possible, photos.
Catering & Event Services

Deposits made for catering or bar hire services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations must be made in writing within the timeframe stated at booking; late cancellations may be subject to charges.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
